On procurement training, we have developed a full training delivery methodology for Works, Goods and Consulting Services, which includes guidelines, rules and standard bidding documents, an extensive hands-on support for the preparation of bidding documents, preparation of evaluation reports, handling of complaints, and a thorough understanding and skills transfer in contract administration.
